Hi, I’m Tiffanie Despain — the founder of Tutoring with Tiffanie.
With over 15 years of experience in education and a passion for helping students thrive, I specialize in personalized tutoring for K–12 students in Reading, Math, and Social Studies. I hold a Bachelor's degree in History Education and a Master’s degree in History, and I’ve worked with students in both classroom and virtual settings across a wide range of abilities and learning needs.
As a mom and a lifelong learner myself, I understand how important confidence, encouragement, and consistency are in a child’s academic journey. That’s why I tailor each session to fit your child’s learning style, goals, and pace — whether we're building foundational reading skills, tackling tricky math concepts, or preparing for the ACT.
My mission is simple: to help students gain the skills, strategies, and confidence they need to succeed — not just in school, but in life.
When I’m not tutoring, you’ll often find me spending time with my husband, two daughters and our crazy pets, exploring educational strategies for neurodiverse learners, or enjoying a good historical fiction novel.
